just

like

conventional

defrosting

you

must

check

the

food

during

the

defrosting

time.

original

paper

or

plastic

package(wrapper).

Otherwise,

the

wrap

will

hold

steam

and

juice

close

to

the

food

which

can

cause

the

outer

surface

of

the

to

cook.

foods

a

shallow

glass

baking

dish

to

catch

drippings.

Food

should

still

be

some

what

icy

in

the

center

when

removed

from

the

oven.
