About customer service
A customer has a valuable right to benefit from a warranty free of charge for 1 year from the
date of purchase where any failure occurs during the use of product.
However, any repairs for failure due to customer's negligence or Act of God will be charged
even during a period of warranty free of charge.
Customer's Rights
In case of the following events, any service will be provided at a cost even during a
period of warranty free of charge.
In case of failure due to insertion of foreign substances (water, beverage, coffee, toy,
etc) into the product.
In case of damage or functional failure due to fall of the product or impact to the
product.
In case of damage in appearance or deformation due to solvent such as thinner or
benzene.
In case of failure due to the use of parts or consumables other than LG Electronics'
original parts.
In case of failure of product due to wrong authorization of using voltage.
In case of loss or damage of components due to customer's authorized disassembly of
product.
In case of failure due to Act of God (lightning, fire, damage from storm and flood, gas,
damage from sea water, earthquake, etc)
In case of failure due to non-compliance of “Safety Instructions” in the user instruction
(Following “Safety Instruction” ensures a long-lifespan of product.)
In case of failure of product due to customer's other negligence.
Responsibility for charged service (Customer's payment of expense)
